What the work is
We are building an operating brain: owned context, real execution across a company's tools, and a path to a frontier model trained on operational reality. You will work directly with the founders, ship to real design partners, and own a meaningful surface of the product and a meaningful slice of the company.
- A frontier problem: context systems, agents and safe execution, not another wrapper.
- Founding ownership: early enough to shape the product, the architecture and the culture.
- Builders who have done it: engineers who shipped AI at Microsoft and Intercom and ran infrastructure at 13M+ daily conversations, with a PE operator who buys and scales service businesses.
