The site is operated by Hive AI Limited ("Hive", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17478717, with its registered office at 3rd Floor The Coade, 98 Vauxhall Walk, London, SE11 5EL, England. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide the Hive service.
Use of the site
The site is intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over. You must use it lawfully. You must not:
- disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- scrape or copy content at scale, or reverse-engineer the site
- upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist shows interest only. It does not guarantee access or a start date. We select early access participants at our discretion. Separate product terms and a Data Processing Agreement will apply before any access is granted.
Intellectual property
The site, its content and the Hive name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Third-party links
We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Disclaimer
The site describes features and plans that may change. It is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
General
We may update these terms and will change the date above. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and contact
