How Hive handles personal data collected through this website, including when you join the waitlist or contact us. Hive is in early access; this notice covers the website and waitlist only. A full product privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement will be issued before any customer business data is processed.

Hive AI, operating get-hive.ai, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@get-hive.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist or email us.
- The landing-page variant you saw, so we can improve the site.
- A distinct analytics identifier and basic technical data (approximate location, device and browser type) if you accept analytics cookies.
- Anything you choose to include when you contact us.
We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To operate the waitlist and contact you about early access — your consent, and our legitimate interest in building our pipeline.
- To improve the site and product — our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- To respond to your messages — taking steps at your request.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can decline analytics without losing access, and change your choice at any time. Analytics is provided by a privacy-conscious analytics provider.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we will only contact you about Hive early access. We share data with service providers who help us run the waitlist, send our email and measure site usage, acting on our instructions only — these fall into hosting, email/CRM and analytics.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until early access concludes or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, and analytics data for a limited period. When you ask us to remove your data, we do.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@get-hive.ai. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access, consistent with the practices described on our Security page.
Children, changes & contact
This site and the waitlist are intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over; we do not knowingly collect data from children. We may update this policy as Hive develops and will change the date above, taking reasonable steps to flag material changes. Questions or requests: hello@get-hive.ai.
